# GYUPOP

> GYUPOP is a Singapore pop-up fair for frozen wagyu and Japanese favourites to cook at home. Founded in 2026 by husband and wife Ethan and Joelle, its mission is to make wagyu more accessible.

Purchases are at fairs only. There is currently no online ordering, delivery, permanent shop or reservation service. Sales are first come, first served, while stocks last. Enquiries are through Instagram @gyupopfair. The first fair is planned for late October 2026; exact dates and venue have not been announced. Product ranges and promotions vary by fair. Consult current announcements and individual product labels. Halal options apply only to individually labelled products, not the whole range.
