Ethan loves wagyu, but restaurant prices made it a once-in-a-while treat.

He and his wife, Joelle, felt it shouldn’t have to be that way. Why couldn’t a good wagyu meal be something more people could enjoy at home?

So Joelle set out to find quality wagyu at more accessible prices. Together, they started GYUPOP: a pop-up fair bringing frozen wagyu and Japanese favourites to home cooks in Singapore.

Our hope is simple: less of a splurge, more meals worth sharing.
